Before the world started locking-down, Third Son released a seminal EP called The You In You Isn’t The You You Thought Was In You. The news of the virus and a complete change of lifestyle resulted in the label’s programming being put on the back-burner, while Third Son’s 20 Days concept took centre stage.

Following a string of remix packages from the album, this long awaited remix EP represents a return to regular programming for the label, featuring modular synth master Rex The Dog, and Tunisian hero HearThuG.

Rex The Dog leads the release with a hypnotic roller. The original vocals dart in and out while Rex’s strong signature bass keeps the track centred. Label stalwart HearThuG comes out swinging with a broken-beat glitchy take. The climbing arpeggiated pad from the original offsets the low drones before a wonderfully acid-tinged bassline takes over.
